Once the day of your scheduled return arrives, the date and pickup location can no longer be changed and the return can no longer be cancelled — our driver is already on the way.

Adding products to a swap or add request no longer sends you back to the homepage and through the shopping cart.

• "+ Add products" now opens a product picker for that order, with the same catalog, search and categories as adding products to an order.
• The back link returns you straight to your swap or add request.
• Items you pick are kept separately from your shopping cart, so a swap request and a new order can never mix up each other's products.
• Your picks survive a refresh, and clear once the request is submitted.

"Billing Cycle Changes" now lists just the products you moved, so it's easier to see what your swap or return actually costs.

• One row per product going back or coming in — no bookkeeping lines in between.
• The "New" tag appears only next to products you picked for this delivery.
• Items are shown separately rather than merged, so a partial return reads as what you sent back rather than as a single combined figure.
• Each cycle is dated from your last invoice, so "This Month" matches your billing history instead of your device's clock.
